Gwinnett County has initiated a comprehensive project to develop Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) for each of the county's cost centers to ensure Continuity of Government (COG).

Gwinnett County selected the BOLDplanning.com system to assist in the creation of their COOP plans and ongoing plan maintenance. BOLDplanning.com is a web-based planning tool that guides government organizations through the process of developing Continuity of Operations Plans. The BOLDplanning.com system walks users through each step of the COOP planning process and helps develop a plan that clearly outlines the elements required for an organization to continue to perform its Mission Essential Functions during times of disruption.

For this project, the BOLDplanning.com system has been modified to meet the specific planning requirements of Gwinnett County. It is accessed via the internet at www.GwinnettCOOP.com for this county-wide planning initiative.
